It was destroyed and into the void we gazed upon the tangled masses in the dark below. Into the face of emptiness, the fullness of competition in full display.

The face of wealth and luxury. Looked up with eyes of sympathy. Hands calling out to draw us down. We stand around on the outside. We will find a better way.

Marginalized, but not cast aside. This rejection is calculated, these lives fulfilled. Without contempt, without subjugation, but through fulfillment of community.

And still they mindlessly embark into the comfort of the dark. We stand resolved, uncompromised. Step further backward from the void. We will find a better way.

Some choose to climb up on the backs of others, and when they fall, they fall hard and alone. We will not fall because we walk together. We walk as one, we climb as one. We rise as one.
